So I dug out Brewing Classic Styles: 80 Winning Recipes Anyone Can Brew by Jon Palmer and Jamil Zainasheff. It's always a good place to start when brewing a style for the first time. Except for a few adjustments for my crappy efficiency, I brewed that recipe. Buy the book. You need it in your library.

I was shooting for 1.056 Original Gravity and got 1.057.
