I had four bottles left, and said to myself, "What the heck!" and sent one in. Prolly shoulda just drank it. It scored a 13. Both judges called infected, and one suggested it was a Belgian style beer. I think it was the Sorachi Ace hops.

But it looked "Fabulous!" as Billy Crystal used to say.

Let this be a lesson to you. Whenever you say "What the Heck!" you probably shouldn't do something.
