A few days ago, I kegged the smoke wheat experiment.
Well, there is a mesquite smoke taste to it. I'm not sure what I think of it since it isn't carbonated. Maybe it a couple of days, when it is cold and carbonated, this will have a bit of taste. This may the last attempt at a mesquite smoked beer.
