Hookarm's Maibock

Last month, I cracked the old record books and dug out the recipe for Hookarm's Maibock. It was always a pretty popular beer, but I haven't brewed it in a while. And since May is coming. . .

I have run out of kegs, so I transferred it to secondary. Here's the info:
