OK, I can understand that this is really a commercial for the Sabco Brew Magic, but it is so awesome! To me it is just really cool and fun to see Sam Calagione talk about his startup phase with the system. Right now I am about this close to buying one of those things.

What struck me was his description of his process at the beginning. Three batches in an 8 hour day!
Good call. I am brewing tomorrow, and until watching that video, I figured I was in good shape planning on a five or six hour all-grain brew day. Maybe somehow the increased throughput of the brew magic would justify the expense... (starts calculating)
