$20 sez there's a new brewpub and a micro open in Lubbock within a year.
Within a year, eh? I might just take that bet. Although, with your sources, I have feeling I will lose.
I don't have any inside info, but I know that Lubbock is a local hotbed of avid homebrewers. Now wet, commercial brewing becomes viable, and it's just a matter of time before someone takes advantage of it.
