CYBI Bam Biere Clone - Transfer to Secondary
Over the last weekend I transferred the CYBI Bam Biere clone into a glass carboy for oak aging with brett and lacto.

I made this recipe about 18months ago, did everything other than add the bugs. Turned out a really nice easy drinking beer once the oak had a chance to mellow. Will be brewing it again, with bugs this time
I tried some before transferring to secondary, and I wasn't sure how I would like it without some sour. I'll be kegging it this weekend and then bottling it after it's carbonated.
