Shiner 96 Comes out of Retirement

I have wondered, what with the popularity of Oktoberfest beers, why Spoetzl Brewing didn't make their first Anniversary beer, a Märzen-style beer, a seasonal. Apparently the folks in Shiner can read my mind.
