I transferred the Belgian Wheat to secondary on Monday. The gravity was 1.019, which makes the alchol about 2.55% ABW and 3.27% ABV.
Now, two weeks in the carboy, and then into the keg.

Man, I had Hoegaarden on tap when we visited Belgium. Thought I'd died and gone to heaven.
Not to mention all the different Chimay varieties on tap...
Time to head back to Belgium!
