On Tuesday, September 25, Grapevine Craft Brewery posted on its Facebook page: "Just filed a trademark infringement on the D-bag who has been squatting on www.grapevinecraftbrewery.com for over a year. I'm comin' for ya sucka!"

Earlier in the week, the brewery announced that, due to construction delays, their brewery will not be finished until March of 2014, which is past their distribution deadline of November 2013. So they will open a temporary brewery in Farmers Branch to get the beer on the market. CEO Gary humble hopes to continue using the Farmers Branch space after March as a distribution hub, and barrel aging storage.

Grapevine Craft Brewery Sets Kickstarter Record

According to Dallas Culture Map, Grapevine Craft Brewery raised $56,000 on Kickstarter, more than any other craft brewer.

The money will go to building the brewery which is expected to start soon, while the brewery is being built in Canada. Beer is expected to start arriving in December.

Grapevine Craft Brewery Hosts Ground Breaking

After getting their license in April, Grapevine Craft Brewery had a ground breaking the week of May 6, and they hope to have the building finished by summer.

While they do have a supply of beer for Grapevine Main Street Days this week, they won't be at full production until the building is completed.

The building will be at 924 Jean Street, in Grapevine.
