Sustainable Brewing at Sierra Nevada

Sierra Nevada Brewing Company is the nation's sixth largest brewery, and is probably the nation's greenest brewer, with on-site water treatment facility, natural and bio-gas capable fuel cells with heat recovery systems to feul of their massive boilers, one of the largest private solar arrays in the nation, and carbon dioxide recovery systems integrated into their fermentators.
